This specialized treatment focuses on releasing tension from the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, promoting deep relaxation and freeing fascia from stored stress. Using slow, deep strokes and myofascial release, I will be using my hands, knuckles and elbows in special techniques to release tension and target trigger points. Each treatment is tailored to your needs with the pressure adjusted to make sure you remain comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. This treatment is perfect for clients who are carrying a great deal of tension and stress in their bodies, those that have muscular discomforts or are recovering from a physical activity. Our treatments are tailored to what you body needs on the day, but as a guide a 40 minute treatment can focus on your neck, shoulders, arms and back or perhaps it is your hips, legs & feet that need some care. Indulge in our 60 and 90 minute treatments for a full body top to toe harmony experience with focussed attention on areas that are suffering from greater tension. Your treatment can be tailored with deep tissue massage in areas of concern finishing with Swedish Massage for ultimate relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
Harmony at the Barn offers holistic therapies exclusively to female clients only. Our services are available to clients aged over 18 years of age. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your treatment appointment, of which 20% is a non-refundable deposit. We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy, If your plans have changed, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booked treatment to reschedule without forfeiting your non-refundable deposit. Providing 48 hours notice has been given, each booking can only be rescheduled once. Any further rescheduling requests, or requests for refunds received up to the 48 hours prior to your appointment, will be processed minus the non-refundable deposit. In the unfortunate event you have been unable to give 48 hours notice, or do not turn up for your appointment, the full charge of the treatment will be non-refundable.
